If you are temporarily unable to submit your academic credentials, please download the "Affidavit for Deferred Submission of Academic Credentials" in the online registration system during online registration. Fill it out and upload it to the system.
Once you obtain your diploma (or verified foreign academic documents with certified Chinese translations, transcripts, and entry/exit records), go to the "Registration Announcements" section on our division's website to download the mailing label cover. Mail or hand-deliver the documents to the Academic Affairs Registration Division before the specified deadline. |

Therefore, if you get admitted off the waitlist for Department A, you must complete and submit a Declaration of Withdrawal for Department B at the same time for your registration in Department A to be valid. |

| Ans： | 備取生必須在正取生報到時間的梯次內，登入本校錄取生線上報到系統勾選備取遞補意願，完成登錄就讀意願。俟正取生報到後如有缺額，由已完成登錄就讀意願之備取生依序遞補，並於規定期限內上網辦理網路報到。 |
Waitlisted students must log into the Online Registration System within the timeframe specified for the accepted students' batch to indicate their intention to be considered for waitlist replacement.
If vacancies remain after accepted students complete their registration, waitlisted students who registered their intention will be admitted in sequential order. Those admitted must complete the online registration process before the specified deadline. |

| Ans： | ①待正取生報到完畢後，本組會統計各系所缺額，由綜合業務組(招生平台)公告備取名單後通知備取生報到；之後依缺額狀況分梯次進行遞補，每梯次都會遞補到滿(缺一個補一個)，直到缺額補足或備取生皆備完。 ②當備取生皆備完時，所餘缺額不會再依成績高低往下通知原來沒有錄取的人；若逾簡章所定最後遞補日即不再遞補。 |

The Division of Comprehensive Affairs (Admissions Platform) will announce the waitlist status and notify waitlisted students to register. Replacement admission will occur in batches until all vacancies are filled or the waitlist is exhausted. ②If the waitlist is exhausted, remaining vacancies will not be offered to unadmitted applicants based on scores.
